2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team.
• An order is only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our authorized representative.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without liability.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products.
• Custom orders require advance payment and non-refundable deposit.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Quoted prices are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
• Payment terms are as mutually agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Prices exclude GST, delivery charges, and loading/unloading charges unless specifically stated.
• Late payment may attract interest as per mutual agreement.

4. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, weather, or logistics constraints.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
• Delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.
• Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Custom-cut or custom-sized orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production begins.
• Cancellation of confirmed orders may incur cancellation charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• BS Steel Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the products in question.
• We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended use.
